Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, organization, work email, selected service, project location, objectives and budget. Phone, preferred date and expected audience size are optional. We record the submission time, reference, contact consent time and optional promotional consent. Our team may add enquiry status and internal notes.
Why we use it
AFRO CANNECT INC. uses this information to review your request, respond, prepare proposals and manage the resulting engagement. Required contact consent covers your enquiry, not marketing. The separate promotional checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. No promotional email sending is currently enabled.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored using Lovable Cloud. Access to enquiry records is restricted to authorized staff. Service providers process information to operate the website, storage and account security; processing may occur outside Canada and be subject to local laws. We do not sell enquiry information. We may disclose it where legally required or to suppliers when necessary for an agreed engagement.
Retention and security
We retain enquiry information only as reasonably necessary to respond, administer agreed work and meet legal obligations. A final retention schedule will be confirmed during legal review. We use access controls and protected connections, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit sensitive personal, payment or identity documents in the form.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, corrections or deletion, or withdraw consent, by contacting Afrocannect@gmail.com or 416-717-5710. We may verify your identity before acting. Legal retention requirements may limit deletion. Withdrawing enquiry contact consent may prevent us from continuing your request. Promotional consent can be withdrawn without affecting an engagement.
Website technologies
Staff sign-in uses browser storage to maintain a session. The enquiry form does not require a visitor account. We use Google Fonts, which may receive connection information such as an IP address when fonts load. No advertising trackers or analytics have been added to this website.
