Enquiries and agreements
Submitting an enquiry is free and does not create a contract, reserve an event date or guarantee acceptance. Services begin only after a mutually accepted signed agreement defining deliverables, fees, payment terms and responsibilities. No payments are collected through this website.
Prices and scope
Business Outreach & Awards Engagement starts at $4,500 CAD. Event Support & Stage Management starts at $3,000 CAD. Integrated campaigns are priced through a custom proposal. Starting prices are in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes, and exclude media spend, venue, AV, additional crew and supplier fees. The signed agreement controls final scope and price.
Outreach and results
Outreach is limited to legally permitted contacts and applicable consent requirements, including Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation where relevant. Research, engagement and event coordination do not guarantee sponsorships, nominations, sales, attendance or a particular response rate. Any use of personal information for outreach requires an appropriate lawful basis.
Website content and experience
Website content is for general information and may be updated. The hero and service imagery is illustrative, not documentary evidence of prior engagements. Artist-name experience references relate to leadership experience; no artist endorsement, representation or affiliation is implied. Event photography placeholders are not claims of photographic proof.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
Provide accurate information you are authorized to share. Do not submit unlawful content, spam, impersonations or attempts to access private records. Brand elements and website materials may not be reused commercially without permission or applicable legal rights.
Responsibility and applicable law
To the extent permitted by law, the website is supplied as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Ontario law and applicable federal Canadian law govern these website terms; the engagement agreement may contain separate dispute provisions.
